Our experience with The Car Transporters was made easy with the help of Elizabeth Scafidi. She took the time to explain how the transport system worked as this was our first time transporting a vehicle. We contacted The Car Transporters approximately 2 week prior to my husband flying to Arizona to look at a 1968 El Camino to purchase. We were 99% sure we were going to purchase this car, but were concerned that the car may have been misrepresented and didn't want to get hit with a big cancellation charge if the sale didn't go through. We were happy to hear that The Car Transporters don't charge cancellation fees with a 24 hour notice. Elizabeth got everything lined up. We purchased the car on Saturday, the trucker picked it up from Arizona on Monday and it was delivered to us in Oregon on Thursday. The trucking company was very professional and seemed to have a genuine care for our vehicle. Elizabeth made what could have been a very scary and stressful event into a smooth transaction.
