My contact was Francesca Ferrucci. My overall experience with shipping my car was not perfect given that my car didn't get picked up on time. But she has made a world of difference by staying on top of things. She was very courteous and checked on me serveral times to make sure everything works out smoothly for me. I would definitely use their service again as long as my contact is Francesca Ferrucci.
