I contacted The Car Transporters after checking their reviews both on transportreviews.com and BBB.
I had found other companies with good ratings as well, however Greg from The Car Transporters was very honest. He said SF-Houston isn't the most popular route, but it shouldn't take more than 3-4 days and the transport itself will take 3-5 days. He found a carrier within 15min of our first conversation and from there everything went smoothly. Everytime I called, Greg responded right away or within 10min. The car arrived without damage and on time. The broker was The Car Transporters. I give them 5/5 rating.- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

The car was carried by Prestige Carrier Incorporated. I would rate them 3/5 due to overpromising delivery times, failing to call even though they said they would, constantly inquiring the payment method on the phone.
