Car Transporters was great - carrier was not

The Car Transporters did a great job setting up the move for our two vehicles. Unfortunately, the carrier that picked up our cars was a nightmare. He showed up a day early, necessitating us to rent an expensive vehicle for the day. He said he'd be at our house around 4:00 but didn't show until 8:00 that night. When our vehicles arrived in Chicago, one was in driveable condition, but the other had a damaged clutch and transmission. The driver said he couldn't work the parking brake, so he transported the car in first gear. Funny how he mentioned nothing about the brake to us in California nor to his dispatch. Now the car is in the shop receiving some pretty pricey repairs. Car Transporters did their best to mediate between us and the carrier, but they never called to follow up on what happened to our car. They would have received a better customer service rating had they cared about the end result. Overall, I would use them to broker another move.

HOLLY 800-615-0973 ...Thanks for the feedback, Nicole! I apologize the carrier caused an inconvenience for being early. I absolutely care about the end result so as far as the damage, I'm here to walk you through the process so i'll give you a call to discuss further. Thanks again!
