From the initial email contact I had from Shari, my experience went smoothly. She was prompt in responding, upfront, and honest with everything involved in the process. Shari quoted me a very reasonable rate and explained the process as a whole in comparing with other prices quotes from other companies. Once I decided to go with them, the estimate time she gave was reasonable but as luck would have it the driver called and arrived on time for pick up and arrived early at the final destination. Four days from CA to VA! Very happy overall and will will consider using the car transporters again.
