After quite an ordeal and two broken deals I got someone who would listen to me. Shari helped reassure me that she would follow through until the very end of the process and she did. She explained to me the do's and don'ts of shipping a car and what you should and/or shouldn't do and I appreciate her for taking the time to do this.
