I have to say that my overall experience with The Car Transporters was not bad. They were able to quickly arrange for our vehicle to be picked up. Our vehicle was picked up and delivered in a timely manner. During the transportation process my initial contact person with the company was switched; however, I was notified of this change and service with the carrier did continue as planned. After a few mis-communications between myself and my new contact, the same good service that I started with my initial contact was re-established.
The price quoted was reasonable for an enclosed carrier that was arranged with little notice. I had originally hoped to pay less; however, after shopping around, the price quoted by The Car Transporters was the overall best price. All of my phone interactions and conversations were good. The staff was courteous and respectful throughout the entire process. The Car Transporters is a quality company.
