Felicia was very knowledgeable and helpful in meeting my questions. It was definitely nearing 7PM closing time for her when she called me and answered a barrage of questions from my side. I set a tentative date for only a few days later, but she was able to find a trucker and get my car shipped over.
She did say she'd be in contact with me concerning delivery of the car and updates, but in the end the trucker directly contacted me and so it was still simple and straightforward.
