After submitting a request for auto transport quotes, the first response I received was from Holly Burton at the Car Transporters. The response was almost immediate. Because the price was also competitive, I chose to work with Holly.
Holly was very easy to communicate with over email and phone. She gave me her cell number so I could call her anytime with any question I had. And I had a lot of questions about trip time, liability, price, multi car, etc. She honestly and succinctly answered them all.
After deciding how many cars I wanted to ship cross county, I simply sent Holly an email and she took care of the rest. She even called me to notify me that the auto shipper will be calling me soon to touch base. She said I can call her anytime while the car was in transit if I wanted to. I didn't feel the need to. My minivan arrived safely and on time with no complications.
