Brian was in constant contact and kept me appraised of the status. The vehicle was picked up within 4 days of the original contact and to my surprise, the vehicle reached New York within 4 days.
Even thought the final destination of the truck was New Jersey, the driver offered to deliver the car to my daughter in Brooklyn, N.Y.
The only slight problem we had was that the driver expected cash and not a cashier's check as informed. This was no problem, all my daughter had to do was to go back to the bank and get cash.
The car was delivered with no scratches. We will definitely use Red Carpet again.
