Brian was very very professional and kept me up to date on everything that was going on with my car. He was very patient with my questions and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend him and The Car Transporters. He was very diligent with contacting my carrier for me during the transport process and even allowed me to contact him via cell phone over the weekend in case anything came up! Brian provided exceptional customer service.
