Dear Terry,
You booked with us to transport your E Class Mercedes. You signed the contract and agreed to our terms and conditions which has a part that clearly says that some delays may happen due to several circumstances.
We made a deal with you to deliver the vehicle to another location in Denver which is near to your original location due to the location being very bad for the carriers.
We took the responsibility and covered the full storage fees ( $370 ) + offered you a $155 refund on top of that for delivering the vehicle to another location and to cover the inconvenience.
After the vehicle got delivered, we contacted you, and you informed us that everything was fine and you didn't have any complaint.
This review is not fair for a company doing everything to keep their customers satisfied.
