East Coast Move Without Any Problems

I admit I was probably a difficult customer. I had very specific dates that I needed my truck shipped and I made it clear I was going to go with another company if TEAM couldn't accommodate. I feel bad, but I had patients waiting to be tended to at the hospital I am now working at. Christina was my main contact. She was very pleasant and professional from the beginning (as was everyone I talked with in customer service). If there's one thing that makes or breaks a deal it's communication. In this case it made the deal. They were very communicative and kept me updated. I was a little hesitant to use TEAM because they don't own their trucks, they hire out the service. But I had absolutely no problems with the driver they chose for me. My truck (Ford Explorer Sportrack) was picked up and delivered door to door without any problems. This isn't a review for the driving company, but they did a great job and even had my truck washed for me upon delivery. Not only did the service I received exceed my expectations, but I think I made a friend out of the experience as well. Thank you so much for accommodating my high maintenance personality and being so reassuring. I've already recommended TEAM to two traveling nurses I know, and I will definitely be using TEAM again in the future. I've read several terrible reviews of other companies and it feels good knowing that I have nothing to worry about next time. Thanks friends!
