After dealing briefly with two other companies it was appearing like my car was not going to get picked up any time soon. I then contacted Mary Anno at TNT who was extremely nice and helpful. She quoted a price but thought it would be almost a week before the car would be picked up. They seem to have a much better system than the other brokers and seemed very trustworthy. I was hoping for a pick up a little sooner. Mary said that she would check and call me back. Sure enough she called back shortly thereafter and said that a truck could pick it up that evening as a driver was just leaving that area. She said that he would wait for me to get everything worked out with the seller, etc.

The driver, Ken, contacted the seller who was not willing to meet with him that evening. Ken said that he would wait until the morning to pick the car up. This car was located in Themiddleofnowhere, Idaho. Ken kept me informed about what was going on with my car and took very good care of my '47 Ford Woody.

I originally contacted Mary on September 5, 2011 and the driver was ready to pick it up that night. My car was delivered to my house diagonally across the country on Sept. 12. There was no damage to my car and was delivered by a very friendly driver.

I have had cars delivered before on several occasions with another company and never had a pleasant experience until this time. I highly recommend TNT and Mary Anno. She was a pleasure to deal with. She made it happen quickly and with an excellent driver.

Hello Jim, I am so happy that you found our Company, or perhaps I should say "we found you"! We understand the frustration for we here it everyday. We never have boasted that we are the cheapest, but definitely believe you get what you pay for. TNT's 40 + years in the industry allows us our history with our drivers so they are placed on the correct jobs at all times. We actually match the driver to the situation for there are never 2 alike. Although TNT is not a broker and the legal liable party for all of the cargo that we manage to service, sets us apart from the rest. Operations was able to put a plan in action immediately based on your circumstance and made it possible to pick up your vehicle quickly. As a team oriented firm, our clients expectations are always held high and our goal is complete satisfaction. Although the origin location was a bit challenging, that makes it even that more exciting for us.
