Just amazing...

I can't say enough good things about the entire experience! After reading about so many nightmare situations other people had had with other transport companies....mostly brokers... I was extremely nervous about contracting with anyone. I was encouraged by the reviews TNT had received from other customers, and was especially happy that they are not brokers but actually do all of their own trucking and have done so for many years. We needed the car to be delivered across country within a week, something which no other company could seem to arrange with any kind of certainty that it would actually happen. Not only did Shannon at TNT get it set up immediately at a fair price, but she and the drivers were all so reassuring and confident that all would be well....it was a pleasure talking with everyone! The car was delivered in exactly the condition it started out in and was several days earlier than we had even hoped for! There were two small glitches...the car was picked up a day later than originally planned and delivered late in the evening instead of earlier in the day as arranged, but we got the impression that both times the lateness was due to events beyond the drivers control and that they were frustrated themselves that they couldn't meet the time. And, again, the actual delivery was DAYS earlier than we had thought possible! They were very apologetic, and otherwise very helpful about making arrangements and staying in contact with us throughout their trip. The entire process was fast, efficient and very professional. I highly recommend TNT, our contact person Shannon, the drivers, and the company and services and want to thank them again for turning a nervous-making process into a truly pleasant experience!
