Original Quote was $625...We gave the broker a $50 deposit. There was no disclosure of any hidden costs. We were told by Max that the balance owed when the driver delivered the motorcycle was $575.00. The driver refused to leave the bike without the full amount of $625. When we called they gave us excuses and that the $50 was a voucher...whatever that is? We will never see that $50.00. Driver was named Peter and he was unaware of the deal that was made between Max (broker) and us so I don't blame the driver. He did his job and bike arrived in great condition. Broker seemed to be crooked and lied to us and they kept bouncing us back and forth to one another and pretended the other person didn't know what each other was talking about...Very Unprofessional...I don't recommend this company At ALL! Not to mention when my husband called him from his cell phone and there was a bad connection, Max said to him"Hello?, Hello?...Man quit F***calling if your not going to answer me. My husband called him 3x's after that and had the same problem with the phone connection and you would think someone would realize a person was trying to get a hold of them but was having an issue with their phone. Very Very Unprofessional
