                        The only reason DJ is upset is because the truck had a mechanical issue which caused a delay in the transport. I contacted the driver and was informed that the truck had to be fixed and he would be delayed. Every customer was informed who had a car on that specific trailer but dj wasn't happy about it either was I but when shipping a car 1,800 miles sometimes the truck breaks down and it gets delayed which I can't control. Somethings are just out of my hands. I can't control the weather, traffic, road conditions or mechanical issues.
