The person that picked up my car and delivered it was exceptional. His name is Willie. He was respectful and was very understanding. The only thing holding me back from giving 5 stars is that I had called, emailed, and texted management about delivering to a different location in which they confirmed with me that it would be delivered to the new place, but did not. This made my other plans complicated due to this. This was prior to the car being picked up as well. Other than that the service and transportation was great.
