Matt Thomas, is the Sale's person, whom I worked with. Matt, answered all my question and then some. The price was within my budget. I did my home work. I asked questions, got other price's from other companies. Matt, gave me a time line, for pickup and delivery. Matt, said at anytime, if I had any questions, concerens, that I could call him and he would get back to me. I did call him. He did answer my call and Matt did give me a call back. Matt, gave me the drivers, name and phone no. I was a bit nervous. The driver was courtesy, polite. Not too many companies are willing to work with-in your budget nor do they have good, customer service. Synergy Auto Transport does have excellent customer service.
