Hazel with Swift Auto Hauling handled arranging my transport. She explained the confounded load sheet for the route and was patient with my frustration during the process. The driver she found to do the actual transport was pleasant and professional; the pick up was on schedule and the drop off went smoothly. The result was our vehicle was delivered on time with no damage! The Swift estimate vs. the load sheet price for the route was a frustrating miss but, Hazel explained how contract drivers would not haul our vehicle for the estimate amount as the load sheet for the route had increased. All said, Hazel was a big help!
