The worst company we’ve ever worked with.
While we were transporting the load, the broker secretly gave the customer a $50 discount behind our back.
Then, when the driver arrived for delivery, he assured us that he would pay us the $50 on Monday, June 10.
It’s now been 6 days since the delivery, and they are still delaying the payment.
We have all the screenshots of our conversation with the broker, as well as the one showing the discount being given to the customer.
If you don’t want to waste your time and nerves trying to get your money — stay away from this broker.
