so i used this company last year to transport my daughter's car to FL from CA and everything went smooth. used this same company for the car to come back to CA from FL and this was a horrible experience. i understand that this company is a broker but there are some companies like Motor Carrier Industry, they should never use again. owner of this company is a liar and unprofessional. took a total of 11 days and three carriers to get my car back to CA and could not get in touch with anybody at SUPERIOR TRANSPORTATION to help out. i don't think i will be using this company again, bad experience with MCI transport company and staff at SUPERIOR TRANSPORTATION
