I scheduled to have my car picked up from Wisconsin and delivered to my address. This was confirmed with the salesman via phone that the delivery was to my address, or at least my town to a location suitable for a semi. I was contacted via phone on the day of the scheduled pickup and pressured into agreeing to a delivery 3+ hours away from my location. The person, Matthew, was very persistent even going to far as asking "what days I had off", and "couldn't you drive there on your one day off." Once he discovered that I was not going to agree to a 7+ hour round trip, he hung up on me. Then he was only reachable via email. From his emails it was very evident that he was ticked off. All of his emails, the ones he actually responded to were short and rude. Definitely not the type of customer car I received prior to placing a down payment. Well my car was actually picked up, but the shipper was not given the 24 hours noticed that I was assured to. They gave a couple of hour notice, and picked up the car after 9pm. The driver, Paul with J S Trucking was actually very pleasant and professional. He apologized for the lack of notice stating that he had not been passed along that request. He was reachable via phone and kept me up to date on the status of my delivery. He actually drove 30 minutes out of his way to meet me at work since he was running late on the day of delivery. Then the delivery fee was $50 more than the total was supposed to be not counting the deposit. His paperwork clearly showed $675 for the total minus $100 deposit for a cash on delivery fee of $575. I was quoted, and have email documentation to back up the quoted total was $525 ($500 + $25 tax/fees). So Superior fooled me into having to pay $150 more that I expected. So my experience was not satisfied with Superior. They are clearly out to make as much money as they can with lots of one time customers, not repeat life long customers. Yes my vehicle was delivered. But the customer service and honestly is sub par.
