We educate all of our customers on how this industry works. This customer would not communicate with us, repeatedly hung up the phone when we we tried to explain and accommodate her requests. It is very hard to provide good service to customers who do not care to listen. Suncoast Auto Transport always quotes the standard rate on each route. This puts the customer on the network at 85% and assures there vehicle will be on the next available load. We added money from our own pocket to help get this car picked up and also gave the option to the customer to do the same to expedite the process and entice a driver to do the route.
We are very honest and explain to each of our customers that no dates are guaranteed until a carrier is scheduled which this customer was fully aware of.
