This was the first time I had ever transported my car. Needless to say I was extremely apprehensive at what this task would entail. Not only was I transporting my car for the first time but I was also going to be transporting my car to a very remote location. I must have called at least 30 transportation companies and they were all charging an arm and a leg to go to my destination ( Kirksville, MO ). It was truly ridiculous. Fortunately, I found Suncoast Auto Transport Inc. Not only were their prices very reasonable, but their customer service was unbelievablely nice. I must have asked a million questions and was probably their most annoying customer. Yet, the customer service team was always very nice. They always called me back and were very timely with their call backs. Everything that they explained as far as the car pick up / delivery was as they explained. I was able to contact the driver when needed. By the way, Mr. Tom Armstrong was an amazing driver. What a sweet man. Very professional. Always picked up our phone calls and kept us up to speed with his status when we called him. Simply an AMAZING experience. I definitely recommend this transport company to ANYONE!! Don't use anyone else!! This truly is the best of the best if you want your car delivered on time and with no hick ups.. AWESOME experience and thank you to the Suncoast team for your professionalism!
