I needed to transport a vehicle from Massachusetts to Utah, as my daughter just relocated there…in the middle of the winter. I conducted hours of research online of several transport companies, including a review of their customer reviews and the company history on the USDOT website. Based upon excellent reviews and checks and after receiving a reasonable quote, I chose Suncoast.
Due to the harsh weather, it was initially difficult to locate a carrier resulting in a transport delay, but Suncoast offered the carrier an additional incentive at no additional cost to me. The carrier was extremely professional. Pick-up was scheduled for a Monday, with an estimated delivery day the following Sunday. I was shocked when the carrier called just prior to noon on Thursday indicating he was two hours from the destination three days ahead of schedule!
I received frequent calls from Suncoast updating me on the search to locate a carrier. The staff was extremely professional was dedicated to sensor customer satisfaction!
THere is no doubt in my mind that I would chose Suncoast again in the future for my vehicle transport needs!
