not an easy experience

I went with this company as it was one of the lower prices. I was assured by the rep who I will leave nameless that it would be DOOR to DOOR and my requested delivery date was ok.

The day before it was to be picked up I called as I had heard nothing. They were then saying they may not be able to get it there by the date I wanted, I may have to drive it to MA to be picked up and pay a lot more money. I kept referring to the rep and how he assured me door to door and the delivery date was NOT a problem and the money was what was agreed to.... and come to find out he rep no longer works there!!

Simeon was helping me. He is the best.....he stayed until we got this straightened out. BUT>..I had to pay more money and the car was now getting there earlier than someone would be there to pick it up.

Very stressful situation as it was late on Friday, Simeon was on his way out but stayed and made the best of it. Car was picked up, great driver I was not worried one bit about that part.
Had I not been helped by Simeon my review would be a lot worse. So, ask for him!

I'm not sure why this customer posted such a negative review, we explained the entire industry to her upon booking and again after booking. We explained the differences in pricing and also that we needed a small window for pick up and delivery.WE DID THIS JOB FOR FREE. This customer was not happy even though we spoke to her twice a day for status, got her vehicle picked up on the exact day she requested, got it delivered by the exact day she requested, and had our dispatcher stay late on a Friday to accomodate her. We went over and beyond to satisfy this lady and did I mention we did this for free just to make her happy? I guess no matter what we do, this goes to show we cannot please everyone.
