This transaction was satisfactory overall, however, I did have a bit of a problem with communication with them when they found me a carrier. Someone dropped the ball and didn't get back to me with the time and date of the pick up and the driver's info, this was extremely inconvenient because it was supposed to be picked up Monday morning from my mother who wound up being late for work waiting for the drive. Of course the company is not open on weekends so my phone calls went unanswered and I was only informed Monday afternoon that my vehicle would be picked up that day after 5pm, which it was, LONG after 5pm.
