Decision to use Suncoast arrived at through internet and then be review of BBB report.
Time between original quote and acceptance was several weeks. By then busy season for snowbirds was upon us. Neil tried to engage a trucker at original price but no takers. He informed me and asked if I wanted to wait or authorize increase to move toward top of board, no pressure. Since I wanted to expedite, I asked him to raise it. This resulted in a trucker but he wanted a little more (surprise? no )but he could pick same or next day in AM, and a compromise was reached through help of Neil and his dispatcher. Car was picked up next AM. The trucker, Weber Auto was very accomodating and the car was delivered in fine shape only two days after pick up. I did not feel jammed by this because another trucker who had submitted a quote followed up and said they could get it done but at a price $300 more than my new total. Although. being a first time shipper, I was nervous, This experience convinced me I would do it again with these companies without qualm. Neil was immediately responsive to call and explained the process completely. Would use next time. Bernard
