The situation with my dealer was separate from my transport - we were told it left on one day from our car dealer when infact it left 4 days later. With that being said Sun Rise Auto Transport did everything possible to keep the experience positive. A few gliches along the way - weather - cell phone service down - but other than that - William - the wonderful driver was pleasant - polite and took pride not only in his profession but wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my BMW (and I was!). Greg - his boss - did his very best to do everything in his power to keep me informed of where my car was along the route and when I should expect it. CA was the broker that worked with Greg and as Greg - CA was a wonderful support as well. This company takes pride in what they do. I would trust them to with another vehicle for sure!
