I don't know how Sun Auto Transport can remain in business with their dishonest business practices. When I called them to have my car transported from Oklahoma to California, I knew that getting a truck would be difficult because of the New Year's rush. But I talked to a service rep named Vanessa who promised me that the car was guaranteed to be picked up by Tuesday of the following week. She also promised me that my initial deposit of $150.00 would be refunded if they didn't pick up on time. It turned out that she was lying to me.
Vanessa promised to call me back after I went online and paid the $150.00 deposit. But after I paid, she never called back and wouldn't answer the phone. I waited until Wednesday and tried again, but she refused to take my calls. I called the dispatch center and demanded a refund, and the person I talked to apologized and promised to refund my money right away. However, the refund never came through. I called two more times and was promised a refund each time, but it never happened. Finally they just stopped taking my calls. I'm not sure if Sun Auto Transport is even a real shipping company. They might just be a group of con artists stealing money from gullible people like me who expect people to exhibit some measure of integrity in their business dealings.
If you are planning to use Sun Auto Transport, be warned: they will lie to you and then rob you and then stop answering your phone calls. I would stay far, far away if I were you.

well your car was dispach and you cancell .so the money is not refundable.
