                        There are actually 3 sides to this story.  The true fault lies in that the driver did not respond in the time that Lara Rubin demanded.  The pickup was in the window of 3 days. 1st. 2nd. and the 3rd.  The day for pick up was verified for the 3rd. w/ myself, the dispatcher and Lara.  She wanted the driver to call between 4:30 and 5:00 on the 2nd. and when none of us were aware of this (I got a message at 4:30) .  I was at a business meeting and could not respond.  I checked my messages at midnite and could not call here then.  I did tho at 7:30 on the 3rd.  She already canceled and we made other arrangements.  The driver was an hour away for pickup and she would not allow him to pick up.
