A little dicey at first. Called and emailed customer service a few times and they never got back to me about the status of my pickup. Finally when I threatened to go to the BBB they jumped through hoops and got the job done. The driver (independent) that picked up my SUV did nothing but complain about the size of the truck and was looking for more $$$ at pickup and delivery which I refused to pay. Overall I think their prices on Transport reviews can not be done for the quoted price but expect about 10%-15% more and you won't be let down.
