It is amazing the service and convoluted arrangements made in shipping what is for most people there second most valuable asset after there home.
Once I had sent in the deposit, I received very little information about when the pick-up would occur, when the car would arrive, tracking the location of the car in transit, and how payment would be made upon arrival. Frankly, I doubt there are any support departments other than Susie, who was helpful but did not go out of her way to explain the process. Instead I was given the name of a local trucker that I could hardly understand.
He turned out to be the saving grace, being courteous and explaining the process, and even giving me a lift back home after dropping there car at there office.
