We shipped a 12 passenger Chevy Van

We were in contact with our representative and when timing was getting close they were working to get the vehicle picked up and shipped as quickly as possible. The said the van would be picked up in 7-10 days, and it was picked up in 9 days. James Townsend, our representative was great! The driver was from Odyssey Farms, out of Mo. and was very efficient and worked quickly to load the van, using great caution and care in getting it secured to his trailer...he was a hotshot carrier, pulling the trailer with a larger pickup. The driver said he would deliver in 2 days,which was faster than the contract required...and he was there in a timely manner, the vehicle was in excellent condition and we could not have been more pleased. I had many carriers saying that we would not get the van picked up for the price($685) Stateway gave us, but I have to say, Stateway is as good as their word...and it was picked up without a price increase, and within a reasonable time frame.

Thanks James Townsend and Stateway! The driver would not take the van for the money that he would have gotten out of the deal, so Stateway quickly refunded part ($80) of their money so that the van was picked up and on it's way. Wow! I am impressed with how honest this company is!!

We paid the driver upon delivery for his portion, and a credit card for the downpayment.
