They promised to pick up within a week window starting on 3/31 for a move from Atherton, CA to Chicago, IL for $755. After I reserved the move, I never heard from them again. I tried calling them at least 10 times and was always directed to an answering machine or a busy signal. I sent them an email canceling my order since I couldn't get through on the phone.

Finally on 4/28 (after I had shipped my car with another mover 2 weeks prior) they charged my credit card. Completely dishonest, do not use.
