Great moving experience with Stateway Auto

I talked with numerous companies about transporting my van from Indiana to Arizona. Stateway Auto owned their own trucks and were listed on the Better Business Bureau. I liked this about the company even before I spoke with Rebecca. She answered the message I left her her promptly, gave me the needed information and I decided to hire Stateway Auto Transport. Rebecca was professional and personal each time we spoke.

Most companies could not work around the pick-up schedule, but Rebecca did. I had called on Friday March 26th for pick-up but could only have the van available on a Mon, Tues or Wed. Rebecca did tell me it would probably be a week before pickup since I scheduled at the end of the week. Much to my surprise, the van was picked up on the following Wednesday, March 31st - only 4 days after scheduling had been done - only 2 business days. The drop off was not scheduled until the following Mon, April 5th, but the driver called me Sat, April 3rd (of the same week) and said that he could drop off the van then if I wanted him too. My van was picked up earlier than expected and delivered earlier than I expected.

The driver was very professional and helpful when he picked up my van and when he arrived. I was very pleased with the entire company and the transportation of my van. There was no damage to my van at all. The driver was very careful loading and unloading my van, which I greatly appreciated. I would definitely hire them again if the need will arise. I was very hesitant about having the van transported. You hear all kinds of horror stories about the transport industry. The charge was $745.00, which was below most of the companies I contacted. I would definitely recommend Stateway Auto. I don't believe you will be disappointed. I was not. Thank you again Rebecca and Stateway Auto Transport for making my van transport a peaceful, easy and stressfree move. I will recommend you to other people who ask me personally. also.
