I recently shipped my car with Stateway auto, and while they said they were not a broker I believe that they are because the truck that was sent to get my car was from a small outside company. That aside, my experience with Stateway auto was a positive one. Latasha (the customer service rep that helped me)was honest and helpful, and the driver that came to get my car was excellent!! There was a series of storms in the Northeast, and the driver picked up my car on Tuesday afternoon and was here in Florida about 24 hours later! He ended up getting here with my car while I was in class, and had to wait about an hour before I could get over to meet him. He was not upset or at all put off by this. He met me and my car was in great shape. Overall, I had a great experience and would use Stateway again if I had to ship a car.
