I needed to ship my vehicle from CA to FL in a hurry. When I first spoke to Latasha Glenn, she was incredibly knowledgeable and forthcoming about the process. She also was extremely sensitive and compassionate re my emotions and anxiety arising from my situation. I really needed someone who would take the time to understand what I was going through and Latasha did. It took me a few days to make my decision, but once I did, everything just fell into place. We placed the order and, as promised, my deposit was not charged UNTIL she was notified the car had been picked up. My driver Frank and his son Frank Jr. picked up my car on 1/27 and were very polite and respectful. They assured me the car would be delivered on 2/2 and they arrived right on time. I had Frank's cell phone # and he told me I could call anytime to check on the status. From start to finish, it couldn't have gone any better. I would recommend Stateway Auto Transport to ANYONE in need of these services. GREAT JOB, LATASHA! Thanks so much!
