Price & Customer Service - Stateway is the best!

If you have questions or concerns about shipping your car, pick up the phone and talk to Mike at Stateway - which is what I did.
I decided to call Stateway as they were one of the 2 companies that provided me with the lowest quotes. Mike answered the phone and he was extremely polite and patient while answering all my questions and providing me with all the information that I ever needed to know about the transportation industry. On mentioning the second company's quote, Mike promptly worked with his manager and got back wiith a quote that beat the competition by 50 bucks!

My car was picked up on time. The truck driver even gave me his cell phone number and said he was flexible with the delivery details. I called him up a day before I flew out and asked if he could meet me at the airport with the car to which he agreed. I was very skeptical about this and decided to reserve a rental car either way. I called up the driver after landing at OHare and I was pleasantly surprised when he said that he would be there with the car in 30 mins. Imagine someone coming to the airport to pick you up in your own car that was shipped across the country 3 days ago! And that is exactly what happened! The car was exactly in the same condition as it had been when it was loaded up in California including the few items on the rear seat. The driver asked me to drop him off at a local mall which I did. Right there Stateway had saved me atleast a couple of hundred dollars in car rental and cab fares alone!

I now need to ship my car back to California and guess who I am calling?!! - Stateway
