The whole process was quite painless. Overall speed and pricing were very reasonable, enough to say that driving cross country myself (and flying back) would likely cost me 2/3 to 3/4 of what I have payed. Communications with the company by phone were easy and seamless on weekdays. They were less responsive on weekends. Chat option on the website is useless. These problems are minor, however, and I can easily recommend the company to my friends
