Dishonest, Unethical, Unprofessional Company

Web Site looks very impressive with all the bells and whistles, but none were available for my shipment. Stateway lied to me about everything, except their Admin. fee, which was accurate and charged to my credit card very promptly. LIE #1: their website claims they own their own fleet, and they do not broker out their shipments to other carriers...they posted my shipment on a website, for anyone to grab, so a non-stateway truck had my car, and Stateway NEVER told me that; LIE #2: their shipments are all tracked by a GPS system, so you can track the shipment anytime 24/7 to find out where your car is: because they brokered this out, the truck that was carrying my car had no GPS, Stateway had to call the driver every time, which really pissed off the driver; LIE #3: they are available 24/7 for any questions:I left numerous messages on their Toll Free Number because no one answered the phone, and only got a call returned 1 time; LIE #4: you can track your car by clicking on a link on their website, to be connected to a dispatcher 24/7: I waited over 45 minutes as "next in the queue" numerous times with no response from Stateway, even after I left my e-mail address for them to contact me; Lie #5: I was told by Mike of Stateway, that the driver would accept a Cashier's Check, a Postal Money Order, or cash. When the driver called me the day before delivery, he would ONLY accept cash..and I learned this on a Saturday, I barely made it to the Bank in time to get the cash..!!! Lie #6: after the driver got pissed off at Stateway calling so much (I was trying to use their GPS Tracking system), the driver told Stateway not to call him again for a location, that he would call me the day before, so Stateway began to fabricate stories about the truck's location for me...which was nowhere near the actual driver's location, (I checked his log book); LIE # 7: Stateway all along said the car would be here in 5 to 7 days, actually took 8, which the driver told Stateway that's how long it would be, but Stateway NEVER TOLD ME THAT..!!!
Very, very long story made short: these people are dishonest, unethical, and unprofessional. I cannot recommend them to anyone..!!!
