This was my first time purchasing a car out of state and choosing an auto transport. This review is intended to explain everything I went through on this product. State Way Auto LLC is commendable, honorable, trustworthy, reliable, good communication (as humanly possible) and committed to ensure security hands down. With that being said I want to explain “why” I am giving such high remarks.

For those of you who have gave your email to the broker’s websites and you are no realizing that your phone is ringing off the hook. Your inbox probably has 30 new messages waiting for you and you notice the same brokers are emailing every hour. You may notice every broker is telling you why the other broker is not good. You can stop this before it happens to you by calling Anna. I don’t recall how the contact took place but, this is what happened. I purchased a BMW M3 (MSRP $72,000)… Yes, a VERY expensive car. I spoke to Anna she got the info and had a truck ready ASAP to pick it up. Unfortunately the dealer wasn’t going to release the car when Anna was ready. I said “Cancel the quote until the car is 100% mine”. Finally the car was mine and ready to ship. Anna called and said are you ready? I said Yes!. My dealer called me at the call waiting and said “There is a driver ready to pick up the car”. I switched back to Anna and said is it your driver? She said yes… My driver WAITED till the next day for you. Stand (DRIVER) got the ok to load the car and he even loaded it on the top! Amazing responsibility by the driver! The car was loaded and was already on it’s way.

Two hours after the car was loaded I remember Anna telling me that they have a tracking system on their website. So, I have a 70K car on a truck and I want to know where it is right? So, I messed the traffic department (MIKE) and he emailed me a Google map.

Next day I tracked it again… Mike emailed me another map.

I called the driver just to make sure it was ok… Stan picked up and explained his itinerary for the week.

Third day I tracked in again, I got another map.

Stan called me to tell me he had unloaded the car and it was ready to be picked up.

My 70k BMW was delivered and was in great shape.

All I can say is stop looking around and use these people. I now can purchase cars from out of state knowing I have a contact in the auto transport business. They are in my phone book and I will recommend them to ALL my friends and family. Even people I don’t know.

Again… Anna, Mike and Stan! Remarkable… Outstanding… I hope many years of successful business!
