Overall the rating is "below average”.
The main reason for this rating are the following…
1. Took longer than promised to ship the car.
2. The driver gave a very short notice for pick-up.
3. Driver upon dropping off the car demanded $735. I did inform Dan Kutcher that I would be out of the country and to charge the entire amount to my credit card which was given to him.
Not only was $735 higher than the agreed upon price of $650 but my ex-wife was asked to pay for it when the car was dropped off in CT.
4. Upon receiving this information while I was out of the country I called Dan and left him a message to emil me the reasons why the incident occurred and ro reimburse me the additional charge of $85. Received no response in-spite of calling him again.
5 Returning home on May 1, to US left several messages for Dan …unfortunately with no response.

Since the initially posting the review had calls from Dan apologizing for the inconvenience and that a Check for the diffrence ( $85) eould be mailed out to me immediately. It has been now over a month and no chacek has been received and calls to Dan @ Stateway have been unresponsive.
