The ease and professionalism of scheduling and coordinating a transport pickup with Dan was terrific. The only area of opportunity was the initial communication and alignment of details with the contracted trucking company (Igor's Trucking LLC) where Tina was not completely up to speed on all of the contract details of the arrangement (i.e. pickup location and allowable transport items in vehicle trunk). Once those details were aligned the flow of communication including pickup/transport/dropoff were very smooth. I would use this service again!
