My wife and I finally got a chance to move to San Francisco and where super excited, but wanted to rent our own moving truck and make the drive through the Grand Canyon and Vegas! Unfortunately, we both just purchased 2015 Subarus and didn't want to put on the miles. We decided that we would ship the cars and drive the Uhaul with all our stuff. I was super unhappy that we had to ship the cars and extremely nervous about damage. The rep, Sam worked out what I thought was a pretty fair price and the cars where delivered on time, in brand new condition! What made me decide to take the time to actually write this, which is something I normally hate doing, is that AFTER I already agreed to the price, Sam offered a discount for shipping both cars together. Everyone else I spoke with before Stateway was just trying to outbid the next guy. Theirs wasn't the lowest price, but I was actually pretty impressed that he reduced the price after I already agreed to something higher. To me that shows good business ethics and a high level of integrity. These are values that we don't really see very often anymore in business and I think it should be recognized for what it is more often. I would totally use them again and definitely just call direct next time to avoid the REDICULOUS amount of calls and emails from, what seemed to be, every single shipping company on earth!
