They did everything they offer me. Good customer service on the phone as well as by email. Pick up on time and driver contacted me with 3 days of anticipation, also explained wit details forms of payment and asked at what time will be the best that suit me for pick up and drop off. I give the STATEWAY AUTO TRANSPORTATION 5 stars for the service and price
