Bill Rosen you are awesome!!! Your service and performance exceeded expectations from initial contact to the car being delivered.The entire process with you was smooth, efficient and flawless. Bill was very professional and honest. He was quick with responding, and answered all of our questions and concerns. Open communication was vital to us do to the lack of communication we experience with a current carrier, after speaking with Bill we decided to cancel and do business with him. From getting everything in order and keeping us informed of what steps were next, every step of the way. The car was picked up within one day of us contacting Bill Rosen, and delivered within two days, in perfect shape. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with shipping our car from District Heights, MD to Fort Lauderdale FL with State Way Auto. Great support and service.
