Stateway customer service initially was excellent: prompt quote, and several emails and phone calls to ask if I had any questions. Car picked up immediately. However, Stateway advertises that they use their own trucks and also that all transport vehicles' locations can be monitored via GPS. This did not happen. Driver was independent driver and did not have GPS. Driver told car recipient that it would be delivered Fri or Sat; it was delivered Mon night. The biggest issue regarded payment, I was told that the credit card I used would be charged $150 initially as deposit, and the balance of $900 upon delivery. However, when the car was delivered, the driver expected $900 cash, which was difficult to do on the spot. Stateway's payment policies need to be made clear,
