Booked the request through the website and my pick-up and delivery was brokered very rapidly to an east coast carrier that was in Illinois dropping off another vehicle. Car was picked up in the evening and delivered to me early the next morning. All perfect. Driver called several times to check in with me. Fast and convenient. Stateway was not the low bidder, but I picked them because of their excellent ratings. All worked well. Perfect experience.
